Okay, let me just start by saying I am a walking error these days. I swear, I need Sentry in my life — I'm throwing more bugs than I can count. Dan practically had to drag me back to reality: “Sandra, get your shit together! You can't be out here telling everyone to build and ship, and then go MIA on writing a newsletter for ages!”
And yeah, he's right. It's bad. I know. But I'm not here today to confess my hypocrisy. I'm here to remind you of something crucial: YOU are an inspiration.
Listen to me, every single post, every project, every piece of advice you give — there's an 89.99% chance you're inspiring at least one person. Do you understand what that means? That one person could be out there, building something incredible because of you.
Now, let's get back to business and give you some updates on what the Steve Jobs(es) of our community have been up to!
Let's kick things off with Max Blade, a full-time health coach who's been side-hustling like a boss. Max shared that he sold out his biggest product drop twice over — hitting his monthly goal in less than 24 hours! And the wild part? He launched on Product Hunt, pre-sold his product, crushed it, and is now on the verge of turning his side project into a full-time gig. How freaking cool is that?
Max's story reminds us: big things grow from small beginnings. Dedication, passion, and persistence can truly make anything possible.
Here's the thing: When we think of inspiration, we often jump to big names like Steve Jobs or huge companies. But people like Max? They're real, relatable, and right here in our community. These aren't one-in-a-billion stories. They're everyday people making incredible things happen.
Max and others like him show us that success isn't just reserved for the Silicon Valley elite — it's something we can all achieve, right where we are.
Like Lucas Herman from Stage Timer, the real heroes. Lucas found his idea, ran with it, and turned it into something successful while juggling life and family. This isn't some fairytale — it's people doing real things, right next to us. And that's what makes it so relatable and motivating.
But if you're asking yourself, “Sandra, nice inspiration bla bla, but my product isn't ready… well, this newsletter too,” guess what? Ship it anyway. Get feedback, learn, iterate. That's where the magic happens.
This week, let's celebrate the wins — big or small. Whether you're about to launch for the first time or the fifteenth, remember that the support of this community is everything. Step out of that comfort zone, build, ship, and do the damn thing!
Here's to the creators, the builders, and the dreamers. Keep pushing, keep creating, and remember: the only thing standing between you and success is the decision to start.
Now go wild and crazy, makers!
